how does it work?
Once you register for this party and before the party date
(at least 5 days prior to your event)
you and all the participants will send me a color photo of your pet
(you can send more than one photo and i will choose the best one)
(I will confirm receipt of your photo)
*one pet per canvas please*
*When sending in photos, please use your first and last name*
You also must choose your own background color
you would like to see behind your pet to coordinate with your home decor
i will take each pet’s photo and pre-sketch it on a 11″x14″ or 16″x 20″canvas for the guests.
When you arrive at the studio you’ll be presented with a canvas ready for painting
i will help stroke-by-stroke

EVERYONE WILL LEAVE WITH THEIR OWN AMAZING ARTWORK
Check List on sending a good photo
choose an image that:
is clear and has good lighting (not too dark and not too bright)
shows the facial features of the pet
A high resolution Close-Up with Shoulders & Head is best
Eye-Level shot with Pet (not standing above the pet)
Pleasant Expression
feel free to bring more photos (can be on your mobile) of your pet to the party
to use as reference and help with some details
Due to the extra work to prepare for this event, refunds are not available.

please make your reservation at least two weeks in advance of your preferred date.
To book private parties & events a half deposit is required.
The deposit will be applied to the total price of your party
or refunded if your guests are paying individually.
PARTY RATES ARE BASED ON 2 HOURS PER PARTY AND VARY BASED ON PARTY THEME.
The minimum guest count to book a private party is 8 guests

if you must cancel an event, please notify me immediately in writing by email at: art@cranebird.ie
i will work with you to reschedule to a different date.
if you cancel 14 days or more prior to your event, a full refund will be issued.
if you cancel 7-13 days prior to your event, i will refund 50% of your deposit.
there will be no refunds for events cancelled less than 6 days prior to your event.
