COVID-19 SAFE SYSTEM GUIDELINES

please reschedule your class if anyone in your household has been sick in the last 2 weeks

 

KIDS ART CLASSES

PROCEDURES INSIDE THE SCHOOL

​

• Booking is required for the sessions due to reduced places

​

• Use hand sanitiser when you enter the school

​​

• Reduced seating capacity for your safety: maximum number of children in the class is 10

​​

• Social distancing in effect: a safety distance will be assured during the classes

 

• Only students are allowed inside the school during the classes

​​

• multiple groups of parents/guardians are not allowed at the reception area 

 

• Parents must follow virus prevention and mitigation requirements.

 

• Electronic means for bookings and class payments are available and placed by Crane Bird Art School for parents/guardians.

 

• Procedures for the drop-off/pick-up of children: one way system in place

Please enter at the front door and exit at the side door. 

Parents/guardians should remain outside during drop-off and pick-up, when possible.

 

• Pick-up of children: only at the side door

 

• Beverage & snacks temporarily unavailable.

Each child should bring their own drink-bottle clearly labelled with their name

 

• Hand washing with water and soap will be encouraged among kids

 

• Hand sanitiser will be placed at the toilets and common areas
